In the middle of the stunt, the artists are very often freelance. Few official organisms are dedicated to stunt artists, at least in France. By cons in Anglo-Saxon countries like USA, UK or Australia, the stuntman statute is better supervised and structured, like the famous “The British Stunt Register” in UK or the “SAG-AFTRA” in USA.

With DE CROZON ACTION AGENCY, the primary objective is to offer better care, better supervision but above all a consideration at the height deserved by the stunt artists. Even if the agency’s mission is to ensure that the artists offered are the best in their field, it makes it a point of honor that in return clients consider and respect them as they deserve.

The purpose of DE CROZON ACTION AGENCY is to defend the status and professional interests of the artist. The team examines and analyzes the proposals made to the artist. It then examines and negotiates the contract while verifying its legality and proper performance with the client. The agency handles administrative affairs with the financial and legal sides. She negotiates the artist’s fees at the best possible prices by closely examining the work requested (bonuses if necessary). It advances all necessary costs, whether for transport, accommodation or catering. Additional insurance is contracted if the work requested requires it: this in order to protect and cover the artist as much as possible. Unlike a freelance, the artist is mentored, protected and surrounded by a solid team.

Conditions :

When an artist is selected, convened and confirmed for the contract, he undertakes to be 100% available and exclusive to the agency during the period entered into the contract. If he receives other offers during his committed period, he has the obligation to inform the agency which will take the liberty of accepting or refusing these offers. In the event that the agency accepts, the offer will then be submitted as a contract with DE CROZON ACTION AGENCY and will be treated under the same conditions.

A contract of engagement will then be signed between the agency and the artist who will commit to respecting each term under penalty of of legal proceedings.
